By accessing or using Modulo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Modulo.
These terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the application. Your continued use of Modulo after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified terms.
User Responsibilities
Account Requirements
- Must be 13 years or older
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain account security
- One account per user
- Keep contact information current
- Use strong, unique passwords
Prohibited Activities
- No unauthorized access attempts
- No malicious behavior or code
- No automated scraping or data collection
- No illegal or harmful activities
- No intellectual property violations
- No interference with service operation
Service Terms
Intellectual Property
Modulo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Modulo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service. We may also introduce new features, premium services, or changes to the platform that may be subject to additional terms or requirements.
Data Usage and Privacy
Your use of Modulo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Modulo, you agree that you have read and consent to our Privacy Policy.
Your responsibilities regarding data:
- Ensure you have the right to share any data you upload
- Maintain appropriate security for your account credentials
- Report any unauthorized access or security concerns promptly
- Respect the privacy rights of other users
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Modulo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Damages resulting from interruption of service or inability to access services
- Damages resulting from errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content
- Damages from unauthorized access or alterations of transmissions or data
- Damages resulting from third-party services or content accessed through our service
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Modulo immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use Modulo will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us for account deletion.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Modulo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to you at least 30 days prior to their effect.
